Sri Ramanujar Engineering College was set up by the Swamy Educational Trust in 2002 to introduce advanced technical training and become an active part of community development. The college is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai and approved by AICTE, New Delhi. It is also accredited by NAAC and is ISO 9001:2015 certified. SREC offers six UG and four PG courses in the fields of Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information technology, Management, Electrical and Electronic Engineering and so on.
